Incoloy

Incoloy Classification:

• Incoloy 825 is a nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy, which contains a small amount of metal elements molybdenum and copper. In reducing acid and oxidizing acid, it has good corrosion resistance, and good resistance to stress corrosion cracking, spot corrosion and crack corrosion. It has excellent corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid.This alloy has good cold and hot processing properties and easy cold forming and welding. The main products of this alloy are rod, pipe, plate, strip, silk and forgings, etc.,

• Incoloy 825 Application: It is mainly used in chemistry, petrochemical industry, nuclear industry and rare metal refining industries.

• Incoloy 825 Corresponding Trademark and Standards:

• Incoloy 800 (800H,800HT) is iron-nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy. In high-temperature steam, including steam-air-CO2 mixed gas, has good corrosion resistance, in some high temperature and high pressure water medium, its stress corrosion resistance is significantly better than 18-8 stainless steel and Inconel600. In H2 + H2S medium, it also has good corrosion resistance, in alkaline medium containing NaOH, its stress corrosion resistance is better than Inconel600 and other high nickel alloys.  

• Incoloy (800H,800HT) Application: It is mainly used in the nuclear industry, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, food and other industries.

• Incoloy (800H,800HT) Corresponding Trademark and Standards:

• Incoloy 020 is a nickel-based alloy containing molybdenum and copper, with good hot and cold processing properties, many corrosion resistance alloy with excellent properties, good resistance to oxidation and medium reduction corrosion, excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance and good local corrosion resistance in many chemical process media have satisfactory corrosion resistance characteristics. The Cr content in nickel-based alloy is usually 19.0-21.0% and 32.0-38.0% nickel.

• Incoloy 020 Application: It has been widely used in the chemical processing industry, hot sea water and hydrometallurgy. Mainly used for treating heat H2SO4, chloride-containing solution, Na2SO3 and other environmental heat exchanger, pipes, valves, pumps and so on.
